Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Once an order is confirmed and payment taken, you will not be able to cancel your order. To amend or cancel, please contact your nearest store directly as soon as possible.

Prices displayed are subject to change. We will inform you of any pricing errors before processing your order.

4. Refunds

If you believe an item does not meet the description or is of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us. We may request a photograph of the issue. Refunds for online orders will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash orders must be resolved in-store.

Our products are prepared in an open kitchen where allergens are handled. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens due to shared equipment and preparation areas.
